Feasibility study to increase production from 200,000 to 400,000 tons per year.
Design and supply of new 40 ton Electric Arc Furnaces to fit into existing low head Meltshop building. New mechanical components and drive systems were custom designed to fit with the existing installation.
Design and supply of new water systems, hydraulics, and water cooled fume exhaust duct.
Design and supply of electrical including transformer vault high voltage & secondary, instrumentation and PLC control system.
Design and supply of equipment for modification of existing plant substation and feeders to the new transformer vaults.
Facility engineering for installation of all new equipment.
Installation of equipment using local subcontractors under our supervision.
Successful Completion of Installation and Startup during a one month outage on each furnace.
